Andy is a partner at the law firm of Ciano & Goldwasser.

Andy has dedicated his legal career to seeking justice for victims of sex abuse, drug-facilitated assaults, human trafficking, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death.

Quenna Bell is the lead paralegal and office manager at Ciano & Goldwasser, LLP. For nearly two decades, she has worked alongside Andy Goldwasser, providing critical support to survivors, victims, and their families in high-stakes, catastrophic cases across the United States. From early investigation through trial, Quenna plays an indispensable role in the firm’s representation of survivors of sexual abuse and human trafficking, as well as individuals who have suffered serious personal injuries.

Quenna is a certified Ambassador with the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, where she completed specialized training to support survivors of abuse and trafficking. She is also trained in trial graphics and the presentation of electronic evidence in the courtroom—skills that enhance the clarity and impact of the firm’s trial advocacy.
